A shaped profile – is a high-grade rolled stock of a complex configuration or special purpose. The complex configuration copper profile is characterized by a variety of cross-sectional views. The shape of the section is more complicated than simple geometric shapes. Special-purpose profiles can be simple and complex sections.

CJSC "FOSFOHIM" will produce any complex profiles according to the customer drawings with the exception of closed high-quality copper of grade M0b (GOST 859-2014). The shape, dimensions and allowable deviations are determined according to the customer's drawing.

Collector profile

The copper collector profile is widely used for the manufacture of commutator segments of electrical machines, electromechanisms and electrical appliances of various industries.
